Many Solution for an Itchy Scalp

ByMark P Deschanel
An itchy scalp is proven to be a common problem among the young, adults and sometimes children. Its cause has not been accurately proven, but studies reveal that it may be genetically acquired or environmentally triggered. Such skin problems may be transferred from the parent to the child. If one member of the family has this skin problem, it is possible for another to have the same skin disorder. Another factor is the excessive use of products containing harsh ingredients that could damage sensitive skin.
Other causes of scalp itchiness are: fungal infections, psoriasis, seborrhoeic dermatitis and seasonal changes. These, however, are in their advance stage and may be treated with topical medicines. The condition may be aggravated due to a weak immune system, stress, fatigue and illness.
These conditions may be seen by the appearance of flaky skin on the scalp or commonly referred to as dandruff. This annoying occurrence can be continuous if it would remain untreated or mistreated. It may subsequently cause redness and wounding of the scalp.
Nevertheless, there are immediate remedies that may be had while at home to avoid and cure this condition.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR SCALP
It is important to have a regular regimen in caring for your scalp to avoid itchiness and infections. The following may be a useful procedure:
a. Use an anti-dandruff shampoo regularly to clean the scalp area. When using, massage the scalp gently and rinse it thoroughly. But you must avoid leftovers.
b. Use of sulfur soap may also be helpful to avoid itchy scalp.
c. Avoid using products containing harsh ingredients. It may cause burning and
itchiness.
DRY ITCHY SCALP HOME REMEDIES
a. Lemon Juice. One of the widely accepted remedies for scalp problems is the application of lemon juice on the scalp. Squeeze enough juice onto the scalp after applying your regular shampoo. Leave it for five (5) minutes, and rinse it gently.
b. Warm Water and Vinegar. Another remedy is the application of combined warm water and vinegar onto the scalp area. This would give relief for scalp itchiness.
c. Baking Soda. To ease the itchiness, baking soda soaked in an amount of water, would be beneficial. To use, apply it on affected areas of the scalp and leave it for at least thirty (30) minutes, then rinse it thoroughly.
d. Olive Oil. Olive oil can be a great natural skin care and treatment for scalp itchiness. It helps prevent dandruff that causes itchiness. It may be used following the procedure used in applying lemon juice.
e. Aloe Vera Gel. This popular remedy can be a very useful tool to prevent hair and scalp damage. To use, apply the aloe vera gel onto the scalp for ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes and then rinse it off gently.

Itchy Scalp Remedy - The Cure That Beats Every Other Solution for Chronic Head Itching

ByJacob Bowman
If you suffer from a persistent head itching problem, I'm pretty sure by now you're on the verge of insanity. You have most likely tried a wide range of scalp products, all of which caused you nothing but pure disappointment and continued pain. And now you're ready to jump off a cliff because the scalp irritation you endure on a daily basis is just too much.
When dealing with scalp itching diseases/conditions, the products most people often run to for help are shampoos, ointments, soaps, pills etc. And while these products can be very helpful to some people, there is a legion of others that these types of products usually provide absolutely no relief to.
If you're like most people suffering from severe scalp itching problems, you have probably tried all these remedies, solutions and supposed cures, only to be heavily heartbroken when they fail to deliver. Your scalp continues to itch, and you wonder when will it finally stop?
Well, I have good news to share with you. There is a cure for your scalp itching infection! Yes, I do understand that this is a claim that runs rampant on the internet. However, I can actually back it up. You see, I'm not just some ordinary person that is writing about this scalp itching topic. I write from the standpoint and perspective of a person who once use to suffer from extremely itchy scalp problems that lasted for 3 long years. Yes, three long aggravating years!
My scalp problem (when I dealt with it) wasn't just about the itching. That was just one part of the misery I endured. On top of the constant scalp itching, I also developed some highly visible embarrassing symptoms on my head. The names of the symptoms are irrelevant because they tend to be called a variety of names, based on how they appear to the doctor.
To make a long painful story short, it was through the Grace of God that I found the potent cure that got rid of these hideous symptoms and released me from the clenched fist of discomfort that had held me down for what seemed like eternity.
What is this cure, you say? The solution for severe scalp itching is not just one medicine. You need 4 separate medicines. Yes, you do. Don't be discouraged though. They're not hard to get at all. The medicines you need are:
1. Medicated Scalp Lotion
2. Medicated Scalp Solution (not the same as the lotion)
3. Medicated Scalp Cream
4. Oral B-Lactam Antibiotic
When you obtain all four of these scalp medicines, here's what you need to do:
1. You take the medicated lotion, solution, and cream and you apply them all at once to your scalp.
a. Do this morning, and night for 7 straight days.
2. During the 7 days, you also orally take the antibiotic pills. Once in the morning, once at night.

Itchy Moles - The Four Warning Signs That Tell You If It's Malignant

BySebastian D Erhardt
Unlike skin tags, which are benign growths and warts that may be contagious but generally carry the same characteristics, moles run the risk of being malignant or becoming malignant. There are many different types of moles found on different locations of the body. Facial moles, moles that have hair or hairs, moles that appear flat. Apart from the usual black moles, some can even be red or blood red in color.
Itchy moles are an entirely different story to other kinds of mole. Moles are typically not prone to itching and it is a definite sign of malignancy. Itchy moles are serious and should be given immediate medical attention which will entail either treatment or removal.
One of the main causes for the malignant moles are over exposure to the sun. Those exposed to extended doses of direct sunlight, especially between the hours of 10am to 4pm, are prone to this. You should see your physician who will more than likely refer you to a dermatologist. The dermatologist will take a small tissue sample of the skin around the mole which will then be examined by a pathologist, who will give the prognosis if the mole is indeed malignant, and thus need to be removed.
A self-diagnosis is possible to carry out. Check for abnormalities that are visible to the naked eye, by observing the ABCD warning signs of cancerous symptoms.
Asymmetry - Changes in the itchy mole's shape
Border - Changes in the thickness of the mole's borders
Color - This is the single most major indicator of malignancy to look out for
Diameter - Growth in the mole's length and width
These ABCD's are the 'red alerts' to watch out for if you have an itchy mole. Regardless of your self diagnosis however, you should not find an excuse to avoid seeing your doctor, especially you guys out there.
At this point, relieving the itching of this type of mole is not the answer. Treatment and removal are your best options. It would also be very wise to minimize exposure to the sun in the future. Past exposure may well have brought the onset of this, so be more careful from now on no matter what your complexion is. The best preventive measure at this point would be to consult professional help, and have the itchy mole diagnosed, and removed as soon as possible.
Although you should take action in seeking help from your doctor, please don't worry unduly. Itchy moles are relatively easy to treat in 99% of cases and you will suffer only a little discomfort and inconvenience while getting it removed.
Learn about how to diagnose malignant moles using four basic tests. Find out why an itchy mole should not be ignored but must be treated.
